• Booking Confirmation: We will check table availability and send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your full details. If you need an urgent reservation or plan to visit tonight, please feel free to call our hotline or message our fanpage for the quickest support.
• Age Policy: To ensure a suitable and comfortable experience for all guests, The 1920’s Lounge kindly does not accept children under 12 years old.
• Holding Time: Your reserved table will be held for up to 15 minutes past your booking time. If you happen to be running late, please notify us in advance so we can hold your table and prevent the system from automatically canceling it.
• Seating Arrangement: Seating may be arranged flexibly based on actual operational circumstances to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and comfortable experience at The 1920's Lounge.
